Synopsis 

Kesari Chapter 2 movie set On April 13, 1919, a group of protesters assembled peacefully at the Jallianwalla Bagh, Amritsar, to protest against the Rowlatt Act. General Dyer reaches the spot with his armed troops and instructs them to fire at the people without warning. It leads to the loss of hundreds of lives. The twist comes in the movie when Sir C. Sankaran Nair, a fearless lawyer who took on the British Raj in a legal battle to bring justice to the victims of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre.

First, Akshay Kumar was famous for action and karate movies like Khiladi (1992), Sainik (1993), and Mohra , but after his fans demanded it, he entered comedy movies like Awara Paagal Deewana (2002), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2003), and Garam Masala. But he is now past 5 years only doing patriotism movies like Mission Raniganj , Mission Mangal, Sky Force, and now Kesari Chapter 2. 

After the success of Kesari (2019), Akshay Kumar once again comes back with Kesari Chapter 2, which tells the story of Jallianwala Bagh in 1919 , where Akshay Kumar , R. Madhavan , Regina Cassandra, and Ananya Panday appear in the lead cast .Note for your information Kesari Chapter 2 is a historical drama movie where the whole movie revolves around the courtroom to the office and the office to the courtroom, where the first half tells the past history of Jallianwala Bagh and introduces characters, but goosebumps start in the second half when Akshay Kumar and R. Madhavan both come in front of each other in the courtroom, where we can hear Teri Mitti as a BGM. 

Akshay Kumar as C. Sankaran Nair looks very serious in the movie, and in the second half, you feel that you are in the courtroom and see everything with your eyes. No doubt Akshay Kumar is a legendary actor in this film, his performance is outstanding as a lawyer who goes against the whole British community in 1919 when India was under British rule. While other side Ananya Panday as Dilreet Gill performance is good but limited time period..

R. Madhavan as Neville McKinley, a General Dyer lawyer who fights against C. Sankaran Nair in the courtroom after getting a mixed response from the test (2025) Tamil movie , now appears in this movie as the lead cast. R. Madhavan's character is very interesting in this movie; sometimes he looks serious, while at other times he is in a chilling mood.

No doubt Kesari Chapter 2 is a fantastic historical drama movie, but problems come with pacing. If the makers increase the speed in the movie, particularly in the first half, that's good for audiences.
