Synopsis
Love Reddy movie, being with the border region of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, tells the love story of Narayana Reddy and Divya. Divya is the government employee, while Narayana Reddy, who works at a textile factory in Bengaluru, is now in his 30s but still single because he is the one waiting for the perfect partner. His wish comes true when he watches Divya at the bus stand; after several close meetings with her, he is confirmed that she is interested in him. But bad news was waiting for him when he realized that her engagement was fixed with another guy with her approval. Does Divya truly love him or something else? What does Narayana Reddy do to save his love?

We watched many movies where the last word is Reddy, like George Reddy and Arjun Reddy, and all are super-dupper hits on box office collections, so now director Smaran Reddy launches his movie Love Reddy, which is the perfect combination of love, suspense, action, and comedy.
The first half is a mixture of drama and comedy, where makers introduce the hero and his family and dad to the day-to-day life of him in a textile factory in Bengaluru. The first 20 minutes of movie staring are exciting, then the film becomes easy target of tedious. Due to the slow pace and lack of execution, when you watch this film, you can easily predict what's going to happen next.
While the second half is well organized and successful in creating suspense in the audience mind, which is lacking in the first half, in the first half makers forget that a successful movie is the combination of music, drama, action, suspense, and comedy, not just drama and comedy. But actually a twist comes in the last 20 minutes of the movie when Narayana Reddy asks Divya if she loves him or not. and what's her reply is watchable.

Makers use the first half only for introducing characters actual stories, starting after intervals, while director Smaran Reddy made the same mistake, which was done by every new director when he came into the film industry. As we discussed, a movie is the combination of several emotions, but four are major comedy, drama, action, and romance. But the makers of Love Reddy perfectly work on romance and comedy, but they forget emotional department and drama. That's why many audiences can't feel connected to the film.
The last 20 minutes of the movie are very good and well designed, while 80% of the total movie is only for filling the screen, while Prince Henry's music is good but bgm is excellent. Production values are minimal, while editing of Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is committed in terms of background color and brisk pace.
